• The compatibility, character, or intentions of any user
• The accuracy of information provided by users
• The outcome of any meeting or interaction with other users
• Finding a partner, match, or relationship of any kind

2. User Verification Limitations

While we implement credential verification processes to enhance platform integrity, YOU MUST UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT:

• We do NOT conduct criminal background checks
• We do NOT verify the mental health status of users
• We do NOT verify marital status or relationship history
• We do NOT guarantee the authenticity of submitted documents
• Users may misrepresent their identity, credentials, or intentions
• Verification badges indicate document submission, NOT character endorsement

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE MEETING OR TRUSTING ANY USER.

3. Personal Safety

Meeting people from the internet carries inherent risks. For your safety:

• Always meet in public places for initial meetings
• Inform friends or family of your plans and whereabouts
• Arrange your own transportation to and from meetings
• Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, leave immediately
• Do not share sensitive personal information (address, financial details) with strangers
• Report suspicious behavior to authorities and our support team

MindMeet, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any harm, injury, loss, or damages arising from meetings or interactions with other users.

4. Assumption of Risk

By using MindMeet, you expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with:

• Online connections and meeting strangers from the internet
• Sharing personal information with other users
• In-person meetings with users you have connected with
• Emotional, psychological, physical, or financial harm from interactions
• Actions or omissions of other users

5. No Professional Advice

MindMeet does not provide professional relationship counseling, psychological advice, or any other professional services. Any matching suggestions or compatibility scores are generated algorithmically and should NOT be considered professional recommendations. Consult qualified professionals for relationship or mental health advice.

6. Content Disclaimer

User-generated content (profiles, messages, voice introductions) represents the views of individual users, NOT MindMeet. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user content. While we moderate reported content, we cannot review all content in real-time.

7. Service Availability

We provide the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Financial Transactions

Never send money to another user except a clearly disclosed organizer event fee through the event's displayed external payment link. Never comply with an unexpected or suspicious request, and never share banking credentials. Report suspicious requests to MindMeet. We are NOT liable for financial losses resulting from user interactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• MindMeet Technologies, A Division of S5 Business Management Private Limited, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
• This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, personal injury, emotional distress, or other intangible losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is less

10. Events, external payments, and organizer analytics

MindMeet does not guarantee an organizer, event link, payment, refund, eligibility, attendance, venue, travel arrangement, or outcome. Paid attendance is handled on the organizer's external payment page: the organizer is the merchant/payee and is responsible for its terms, payment compliance, cancellations, and refunds. MindMeet does not collect, hold, settle, charge back, or recover attendee event fees. Report suspicious payment requests to MindMeet, but contact the organizer about payment status or a refund.

Event city eligibility is a profile-city comparison, not GPS, IP, distance, or travel verification. Organizer analytics are private aggregate summaries with minimum-cohort and complementary-cell suppression; they do not provide attendee-level inspection or export. Optional AI suggestions use sanitized fixed aggregates only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. They are not safety screening, identity verification, or professional advice.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MindMeet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these terms or any applicable law
• Your content or information you provide
• Your interactions with other users
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the Service

12. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
