- Impersonate any person or entity

6. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. Prices are subject to change with notice.
7. Organizer-hosted attendee payments
An organizer who charges an attendee fee is an independent merchant and payee. The organizer sets the amount, currency, deadline, instructions, hosted payment link, and refund policy, and is responsible for applicable consumer, tax, payment, and disclosure obligations. MindMeet is not the organizer's agent, is not a party to the attendee-organizer payment contract, and is not a payment processor.
Attendees leave MindMeet to pay on the organizer's external payment page and should inspect the domain, organizer identity, price, currency, deadline, and terms. MindMeet does not collect, hold, verify, settle, transfer, charge back, or refund attendee event fees. A payment report or reservation is not confirmation; the organizer manually confirms it. Payment status, cancellation, and refunds must be addressed to the organizer. MindMeet subscriptions and organizer publication or capacity fees are separate platform charges. We do not guarantee an organizer, payment link, attendance, refund, or recovery of money.
8. Voice Calls
Voice calls between users are provided through real-time communication technology. You acknowledge that:
- Voice call audio is NOT recorded or stored by MindMeet
- Only call metadata (duration, timestamps, quality metrics) is retained for billing and service improvement
- Voice minutes are deducted from your subscription allowance based on call duration
- Call quality depends on your internet connection and network conditions
- You are responsible for the content of your conversations
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDMEET, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MindMeet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
